The Elite is com­ing to the XTERRA Ger­many 2018

Only 19 weeks left til the XTERRA Ger­many and Xterra Euro­pean Cham­pi­onship 2018. The reg­is­tra­tion is already filled with more than 400 ath­letes.

A range of XTERRA Elite ath­letes just like Brigit­ta Poor, Max­im Chane, Ruben Ruzafa, Roger Ser­ra­no (both ESP), Xavier Daf­flon (SUI) will com­pete. As well as last year’s win­ner Sam Osborne (NZL) and the ger­man top ath­letes Hannes Wolpert, Veit Hön­le and Pauline and Max­i­m­il­ian Saßerath. The reign­ing World Cham­pi­on Bradley Weiss (RSA) also con­firmed his par­tic­i­pa­tion. They will all fight for the third time for the vic­to­ry of the Euro­pean Cham­pi­onship which were already hold in 2011 and in 2016 at the O-See lake. Pepe Balles­tero, a span­ish ath­lete who already took part two years ago will be present again this year. He almost lost his eye­sight in an acci­dent and will com­pete with a guide. For him the Euro­pean Cham­pi­onships are lit­er­al­ly a chal­lenge.

Even for the com­pe­ti­tions O-See Clas­sic, O-See Reduced, O-See Light, O-See Team and O-See Kids more than 350 ath­letes have signed in since the reg­is­tra­tion opened on 4th decem­ber 2017. In total with all the Xterra ath­letes its a num­ber of 508 Peo­ple, which is a new record.

We are hap­py that the regis­tra­tion for our newest compe­ti­tion, the O-See Light, is also going well. 20 ath­letes have already signed in.

By now we can note that the start places for the Xterra com­pe­ti­tion, which is also the the Xterra Euro­pean Cham­pi­onship 2018 will be sold out very soon, prob­a­bly in may. We rec­om­mend to secure your start place as soon as pos­si­ble.
